Q: What kind of products do you sell?
A: We sell professionally printed 5" x 7" greeting cards, each paired with a coordinating envelope. We also sell party invitation digital downloads, where after purchase you can download and edit in Canva.

Q: Where are your cards made?
A: All cards are proudly made and printed in Canada using high-quality 110 lb white card stock.

Q: What printer do you use?
A: All cards are printed with a Epson EcoTank Pro ET-16600.

Q: How are orders packaged?
A: Each card is packaged and shipped in a rigid mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are shipped the next business day via Canada Post. Shipping times vary based on your location (see shipping info for details).

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Exchanges are also welcome.

Q: Do you offer custom cards or bulk orders?

Q: Do you use sustainable packaging?
A: My husband and I are committed to sustainability. Our cards come in recyclable envelopes and protective cello sleeves that are either biodegradable or compostable (depending on stock).

A: Yes! We're a proudly independent, family-owned small business based in Canada. Every card is designed, printed, and packaged with care—no mass production here, just heart and hustle.
